Refund Policy

Only purchases made directly from our online store comply with our policy.


Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
In some cases, only partial refunds are possible:
-Any non-original items are damaged or lost not due to our error.
-Any item returned within 30 days after delivery.


After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, please send our mail back to us.

If the item is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit with a return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift-giver has already shipped the order to himself and sent it to you later, we will refund the gift-giver and he will find out your return.
